UFC 257 video: Dustin Poirier, Conor McGregor on weight for main event rematch

ABU DHABI – The final headliner on the current “Fight Island” stretch is official. Dustin Poirier and Conor McGregor have made weight for their UFC 257 rematch.

At Friday’s official weigh-ins, Poirier (26-6 MMA, 18-5 UFC) and McGregor (22-4 MMA, 10-2 UFC) had no issues on the scale as they successfully hit the lightweight limit for their headlining matchup.

Poirier tipped the scale at 156 pounds, while McGregor was 155, or as he declared “championship weight.”

UFC 257 takes place Saturday at Etihad Arena on Yas Island. The main card airs on pay-per-view following prelims on ESPN and ESPN+.
