LAS VEGAS – The weigh-ins are done. The talking is done. The promotion is done. All that’s left is for Stipe Miocic and Daniel Cormier to determine who is the better fighter and the heavyweight champion Saturday at UFC 252.
After stepping on the scale Friday to make their trilogy encounter official, Miocic (19-3 MMA, 13-3 UFC) and Cormier (22-2 MMA, 11-2 UFC) had the last in a long line of faceoffs over the past three years.
Both men look to be in stellar shape going into the contest and brought intensity to their final face-to-face moment before being locked in the octagon.
