UFC 243 ‘Take it to the Bank’ pick: Robert Whittaker or Israel Adesanya?

The main event at UFC 243 in Australia tonight has all the makings of being a special one, as middleweight champ Robert Whittaker takes on rising star Israel Adesanya.

This will be the first time we see Whittaker back in the Octagon since UFC 225 way back in June of 2018. He’s battled through some injuries and now gets to face off against Adesanya, who has all the makings of being a big star in the UFC for years to come.

Adesanya is actually a slight favorite heading into the fight, even though Whittaker is from Australia and will be fighting in front of a huge home crowd in Melbourne.
