UFC 240 weigh-in results: Holloway, Edgar on mark for title fight

EDMONTON – MMA Junkie was on scene and reporting live from Friday’s early and official UFC 240 fighter weigh-ins, where all 22 fighters made weight without issue.

The early weigh-ins took place at the UFC host hotel in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, and preceded the ceremonial weigh-ins for the fans, which take place at 5 p.m. ET at Rogers Place in Edmonton. The same venue hosts Saturday’s event, which has a main card on pay-per-view following prelims on ESPN and UFC Fight Pass/ESPN+.

Among those weighing in were featherweight champion Max Holloway (20-4 MMA, 16-4 UFC) and former lightweight champ Frankie Edgar (23-6-1 MMA, 17-6-1 UFC), who meet in the main event. Both fighters were on the money at a championship weight of 145 pounds. Check out a highlight of their trips to the scale in the video above.
