Last night Tottenham overcame Manchester City 1-0 in a tense quarter-final first leg in match in which they also lost Harry Kane to yet another ankle injury.
And on Tuesday, Liverpool confidently dispatched Porto 2-0 at Anfield, with Jurgen Klopp's side finding the breakthrough after just five minutes into the contest.
