UConn women's basketball to host Notre Dame, Baylor, Oregon, Tennessee in upcoming season

HARTFORD, Conn. _ UConn women's basketball will host all three of its fellow 2019 Final Four participants next season, as well as rival Tennessee, the Huskies announced Wednesday.

Geno Auriemma's team will face Notre Dame (Dec. 8) and Oregon (date to-be-announced) at Gampel Pavilion and will meet Baylor (Jan. 9) and Tennessee (Jan. 23) at the XL Center.

UConn's non-conference schedule, as announced Wednesday, currently looks like this:

_ Nov. 10 vs. Cal

_ Nov. 13 at Vanderbilt

_ Nov. 19 vs. Virginia

_ Nov. 24 at Ohio State

_ Nov. 26 at Dayton

_ Dec. 4 or 5 vs. Seton Hall

_ Dec. 8 vs. Notre Dame

_ Dec. 16 at DePaul

_ Dec. 22 vs. Oklahoma (at Mohegan Sun)

_ Jan. 9 vs. Baylor

_ Jan. 23 vs. Tennessee

_ TBA vs. Oregon

_ TBA at South Carolina

The contest against Tennessee will be the schools' first meeting since 2007.

Earlier this week, the AAC announced home and away matchups for its teams, including UConn. The Huskies will play UCF, Cincinnati, Houston, Memphis and USF twice apiece; Tulane, Tulsa and Wichita State only at home; and East Carolina, SMU, Temple only on the road.
