UAE Reports 1,311 New COVID-19 Cases

UAE's Ministry of Health and Prevention reported 1,311 new coronavirus cases in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of recorded cases in the country to 174,062

This came after it conducted 113,928 new COVID-19, stressing its aim to continue expanding the scope of testing nationwide to facilitate the early detection of new cases.

According to the Ministry, the infected individuals are from various nationalities, are in a stable condition, and are receiving the necessary care.

The Ministry also announced one death due to COVID-19 complications, bringing death toll in the UAE to 586.

Also, it said 793 individuals had fully recovered from the virus, raising the total number of recoveries to 157,828.
