UAE Reports 1,158 New Virus Cases

The UAE said it registered a total of 1,158 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours.

The new infections raise the total number of cases in the country to 95,348, according to the Ministry of Health and Prevention.

There were also 1,179 recoveries and two deaths reported in the past 24 hours, taking the total number of deaths caused by the pandemic to 421.

Meanwhile, the total number of COVID-19 recoveries in the UAE now stands at 84,904.

The Ministry said up to 91, 234 virus tests were conducted in the last 24 hours,
