The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has put 38 individuals and 15 entities on a list of people and organizations deemed to support terrorism, the official news agency WAM reported on Monday.
"The decision is part of the UAE's keen efforts to target and disrupt networks associated with financing terrorism," it added.
It demands that regulatory authorities monitor and identify any individuals or entities affiliated with or associated with any financial, commercial or technical relationship and take the necessary measures according to the laws in force in the country in less than 24 hours.
Names added to the list on Monday included individuals from Lebanon, Yemen, Iran, Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan and the UAE itself.
