U.S. Senate passes $484 billion coronavirus relief package

The U.S. Senate passed legislation providing $484 billion in aid for small businesses and hospitals and additional funding for coronavirus testing. The bill passed by a voice vote, so an official vote tally was not recorded.

According to The Hill, the legislation includes an additional $310 billion for the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), $75 billion for hospitals, $25 billion for testing, and $60 billion for emergency disaster loans and grants.
