A tropical wave currently located over the central Caribbean Sea has a 60% chance of becoming a cyclone in the next 48 hours, the U.S. National Hurricane Center (NHC) said on Wednesday.
"A tropical depression is likely to form later this week when the system reaches the northwestern Caribbean Sea," the Miami-based weather forecaster said.
