U.S. charges ex-online marketing executives at EIGI, Constant Contact

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has charged two former top executives at Endurance International Group Holdings Inc for allegedly inflating operating metrics, the regulatory agency said on Tuesday.

In addition to the two EIGI online marketing company executives, a former executive at privately-held Constant Contact was also charged over similar allegations, the SEC said in a statement.
