U.S. authorizes certain transactions relating to NGO activities in Russia, Ukraine

The United States on Tuesday authorized transactions necessary for certain activities, including for humanitarian projects in Russia and Ukraine, by nongovernmental organizations that are prohibited under U.S. sanctions on Russia.
