Tytus Howard gets No. 71, and other Texans draft pick jersey numbers revealed

Houston Texans first-round offensive tackle Tytus Howard will wear No. 71 when he suits up for the five-time AFC South champions.

The Texans public relations team revealed on Twitter Tuesday the numbers for the 2019 draft class.

Cornerbacks Lonnie Johnson and Xavier Crawford will wear numbers 32 and 28 respectively.

Offensive tackle Max Scharping will sport 74.

Tight end Kahale Warring will have No. 81.

Defensive end Charles Omenihu gets No. 94.

Former 12th man for the Texas A&M Aggies, Cullen Gillaspia, will have No. 44 with the Texans, his hometown team.

The numbers are subject to change. After all, 2018 third-round pick Justin Reid wore No. 38 all throughout training camp, but switched to No. 20 by Week 1 of the regular season.
