Tyson Fury vs Francis Ngannou fight simulated with huge KO ending

Tyson Fury and UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou have called each other out this week - simulation of their fight suggests Fury would win by KO.

Fury challenged Ngannou to a boxing match on Twitter this week, a unique crossover fight that would see both men wearing 4oz UFC gloves.

The WBC champion uploaded a mock-up fight poster of him and Ngannou captioned: "Who would like to see me fight this beast boxing rules, UFC gloves?"

'The Predator' replied to Fury's call-out with a set of his own unique demands, writing "How about MMA rules with boxing gloves? I can do you that favour."

A simulation uploaded to YouTube channel 'Boxing Fight Simulations' from the popular boxing game 'Fight Night Champion' showed the bout being played out with 12oz gloves.

The fight was scheduled for 12 rounds but would only reach the fourth, as Fury laid out Ngannou with a brutal right hand.

Ngannou is caught up in contractual issues with the UFC ahead of his first heavyweight title defence against interim titleholder Ciryl Gane at UFC 270.

'The Predator' will be out of contract with the UFC if he loses to Gane later this month, meaning he will be free to venture into boxing to pursue a fight with Fury.

Ngannou - who has previously refused to sign another UFC deal - has demanded a clause in a new contract that would allow him to box.

UFC president Dana White told Ngannou he was "free to leave" after his current deal runs out with the promotion.

And of his plans to step into the ring, Ngannou told TMZ : “It's always been down the line.

"This is something I'm not taking my eyes off of, it's going to happen, either way. Even if, when the UFC and I finalise a deal, the boxing part has to be in it.

"I can't see myself retiring without boxing. Tyson Fury, Deontay Wilder. I would like to test myself to that level."

Ngannou has previously questioned what UFC fighters "are doing wrong" after Logan Paul was paid £15m for an exhibition fight against Floyd Mayweather in June.

UFC fighters have not been extremely successful in their efforts to crossover to boxing, with MMA legend Frank Mir most recently being knocked out by Kubrat Pulev on a Triller event.

Fight fans have predicted a similar result when Pulev takes on another former UFC champion in Junior dos Santos in the coming months.

The highest-profile crossover fight saw former two-weight UFC champion Conor McGregor be knocked out by ring legend Mayweather in 2017.
