Tyson Fury vs Deontay Wilder start time is a massive problem for Chelsea man Ruben Loftus-Cheek

Chelsea star Ruben Loftus-Cheek is not impressed with the scheduled start time of Tyson Fury's fight with Deontay Wilder.

British challenger Fury faces Wilder at Los Angeles' Staples Center in the early hours of Sunday morning (GMT), with the WBC world heavyweight title on the line.

Fury fights his most explosive opponent just 14 rounds into a comeback that follows an absence of more than two-and-a-half years, and he also represents Wilder's most difficult challenger.

But not everyone will get the chance to watch the hotly-anticipated bout.

Indeed, Loftus-Cheek is one of many who will be tucked up in bed long before the action gets under way due to work commitments on Sunday.

The England man and his Chelsea team-mates are due at Stamford Bridge on Sunday morning ahead of the west London derby against Fulham, which kicks off at midday.

Alongside a picture of himself looking frustrated, the Chelsea man tweeted: "Realising #WilderFury starts at 5am but you have #EPL tomorrow."

When does it start?

With Wilder vs Fury the headline act, it is presumed the action will begin as late as 5am (GMT), depending on how long undercard fights last.
