Tyson Fury's trilogy bout with Deontay Wilder could take place at the Allegiant Stadium - home to NFL side the Oakland Raiders - on December 19.
The Gypsy King handed the American the first defeat of his professional career back in February.
Coronavirus has curtailed many of boxing's major fight dates, but Fury and Wilder is still expected to take place at the end of the year.
Fans haven't been able to gather at sporting events around the world due to social distancing measures.
But Top Rank CEO Bob Arum has told BoxingScene.com that they hope to have spectators present at the contest.
“We hope – because we don’t have control over this – that we will be able to do it with spectators safe distancing in the Allegiant Stadium, the Raiders Stadium (in Las Vegas),” Arum said of the fight.
“If we can’t do it with spectators we’re going to have to move it overseas.”
The bout will be a joint pay-per-view between ESPN and Fox, much like their fight in February.
Fury stopped Wilder in the seventh round at the MGM Grand having had to settle for a controversial draw when they first met in December 2018.
But ahead of a third fight the Gypsy King expects the Bronze Bomber to be at his best.
He said: He’ll be more dangerous in this fight than he ever has been before.
"This is the only business that I’m interested in – the only business. And when it happens, it happens and I’ll be waiting in the wings for the call.”
