Tyson Fury sings American Pie as he serenades press conference after controversial draw with Deontay Wilder

Tyson Fury was determined not to let his controversial draw with Deontay Wilder get him down as he once again took to the mic in his post-fight press conference.

Fury famously sang Aerosmith’s ‘I don’t want to miss a thing’ after he defeated Wladimir Klitschko in Dusseldorf in 2015 to become the heavyweight world champion of the world.

While he may have been denied Wilder’s he WBC heavyweight title belt by a controversial judges decision in Los Angeles, Fury was determined not to let is soil the occasion.

After facing questions from the gathered press, Fury – along with friend Tim Allcock and trainer Ben Davison – began a rendition of Don McLean’s1971 hit, American Pie.

Davison’s spirits had clearly been lifted since the end of the fight, with the trainer having condemned the result of the fight as ‘disgraceful’ in an interview with BBC Five Live.

"Honestly disgraceful. Everybody in boxing knows Tyson’s story and we weren’t asking for any bias, we wanted and fair crack of the whip, that’s all we asked for from start to finish and we haven’t got that.”
