Tyson Fury sends message to brother Tommy after Jake Paul fight finally confirmed

Tyson Fury has congratulated brother Tommy on securing his grudge match with Jake Paul next month.

After trading barbs for months on social media, the pair have finally agreed to a bout, with the fight set to go ahead on December 18 in Florida.

Fury and Paul have been calling each other out since they won their respective bouts back in August, with the former having fought on the undercard of the latter’s fight with Tyron Woodley.

Contract negotiations have been ongoing since then, with a clause which would see Fury have to change his name to “Tommy Fumbles” should he lose having been much discussed.

The pair have finally struck a deal though, and are set to go face-to-face for the first time on Saturday at a press conference in Las Vegas.

That was of course the scene of Tyson Fury’s superb win over Deontay Wilder last month as he retained his WBC heavyweight title, and the Gypsy King has shared a message with his brother after finally landing his big fight.

“Massive congratulations to @tommytntfury on his big, big fight news,” Fury tweeted alongside a picture of him with Tommy.

“Living the dream daily. See you soon bro #VegasBabyVegas.”

Tommy is set to face Paul over eight three-minute rounds at a catchweight of 192lb – around the same weight Paul has fought since he turned professional last year.

Tickets for the fight will go on sale two days after the pair meet at their press conference on Saturday, with another face-to-face event scheduled for the same day.
