Tyson Fury says brother Tommy will not appear in his reality show Meet The Furys - but appears to confirm other plans

Fans of Love Island's Tommy Fury may be left a little disappointed by his brother's latest news - but there could also be good news.

The heavyweight boxer is set to star in his own reality series Meet The Fury's on ITV which will follow Tyson and his loved ones as he prepares to take on arch-rival Deontay Wilder for a second time in Las Vegas.

It was hoped that younger sibling Tommy would also appear but the Gypsy king has put an end to that possibility.

Speaking about the series on Wednesday's Good Morning Britain , which will give viewers unprecedented access ringside and inside his Morecambe home, he said: "They've been following me around for the last few months, most of the comeback actually.

"An insight on Tyson Fury as a husband, father, son, boxer and as an everyday person really. It's a real behind-the-scenes show of my life."

When questioned by Susanna Reid about a possible cameo from Tommy, the 31-year-old said: "Tommy doesn't make an appearance."

But then he added a small detail that may excite Love Island fans: "But Tommy has got his own TV show going on I believe as well."

Just last week, the 20-year-old boxer didn't confirm or deny speculation that he and girlfriend Molly-Mae Hague had their own reality show in the works.

When asked in The Sun Online's Big Interview at the launch of his boohooMAN collaboration on September 2, Tommy grinned and simply responded: "There are a lot of good opportunities coming.

"I've got a lot of ideas in my head, but I've just got to take every day as it comes.

"You could be thinking one thing's going to happen, and then the next week that could come true. You've just got to sit tight."
