Tyson Fury's X-rated putdown of Jake Paul has Tommy Fury press conference in stitches

World heavyweight champion Tyson Fury supplied another knock-out line at Jake Paul’s expense in Wednesday's feisty, and rather chaotic, press conference ahead of the YouTuber’s fight with his half-brother Tommy.

Paul appeared at the media event, which was held in Morecambe, via a crackly video link and seemed to be relaxing in a swimming pool for the duration of the chat.

He immediately started the trading of insults with Tommy's father John Fury who also appeared on the panel.

But it was Tyson who, perhaps unsurprisingly, drew the biggest laugh of the afternoon.

“Poor old Jake Paul is going to get severely knocked out and that’s it,” he said. “He hasn’t really done anything, I’m waiting for this master of sales to do something.”

Paul retorted: “Well I’ve made more money boxing this year so that’s something.

“Just two months ago you were saying ‘Jake’s a (breath of) fresh air, me and John’ - or whatever his name is - ‘love what he’s doing’. So make up your mind.”

Fury responded: “That was a few months ago, now I think you’re a w*****,” cueing a wave of laughter on set.

Fury and Paul are set to face-off in Tampa, Florida on December 18 in a highly-anticipated eight-round contest.

Fury is the first professional boxer YouTuber Paul will have faced so far.

Both are undefeated with Fury coming through seven fights with four knock-out victories to Paul's four wins, three of which have come via knockout.

Tyson is working with Tommy in the build-up to the contest and his younger sibling is the bookies favourite to take an eighth career win.

Promoter Frank Warren, who was also at the press conference, recently played down concerns that 22-year-old Fury could miss the fight through illness, saying his fighter only had “a little cold.”
