Tyson Fury next fight: Five opponents as hopes of Deontay Wilder rematch fade after mega ESPN deal

Tyson Fury has altered the landscape in the heavyweight division after penning terms with ESPN and a co-promotional agreement with Bob Arum‘s Top Rank.

It pushes a rematch with Deontay Wilder further away months after their thrilling draw in Los Angeles.

Anthony Joshua and Wilder, the only world champions in the division, could now be off the table, but Arum and Frank Warren will have plenty of options to continue the rebuild following the Gypsy King’s comeback last year after a two-year hiatus.

Dillian Whyte now appears to be in a unique position, as a strong contender to face the big three without ties to one of the three major networks in the United States: DAZN, Showtime and ESPN+.

Fury insists the Wilder rematch is still possible though and it could go to purse bids, but alternative options are out there.

Check out five possible opponents for Fury’s first fight under his co-promotional agreement.
