Tyson Fury has made light of the infamous 'Drake curse' after thrashing Deontay Wilder in an epic fight last night in Las Vegas.
The Gypsy King has retained his WBC heavyweight title after knocking the American out in the 11th round in a pulsating encounter.
The result puts to the bed the trilogy of fights after two telling victories and a controversial draw.
The 33-year-old has extended his unbeaten stretch in the division to 32 and there has already been talk of a next bout with Oleksandr Usyk and Dillian Whyte potential opponents.
And while Fury went into the ring as the favourite, there were some concerns after rapper Drake sent a message of support to the Englishman.
The Canadian singer said: "This is a video for the most psycho man that I know. He's mad in his head, but he has the purest heart, nicest guy. The Gypsy King, the scariest man in boxing.
"I'm wishing you the best of luck this weekend, brother. I want you to just go out there and continue the legacy.
"Do what you do. We all love you because you're relentlessly yourself.
"So go out there and get the work done and afterwards f*****g sing your heart out or say whatever the f*** you want to say.
"I'mma tell you, brother, we're all so proud of you. We love you. I appreciate you always staying in contact with me.
"I appreciate the encouragement, the inspiration. Yeah man, I'm looking forward to seeing the end result this weekend.
"Wishing you the best, always. I'll see you on the other side. F*** 'em."
There have been an unnatural amount of athletes who have gone on to lose their events after being pictured with Drake, including Anthony Joshua, Conor McGregor and Serena Williams.
So there was an understandable twinge of concern from Fury fans after Drizzy's supportive message but the heavyweight champion ended the curse with his rampant victory.
And on Instagram, the Gypsy King addressed the jinx by posting a photo of himself and the singer captioned: “Curse? No such thing pal.”
Fury was downed twice in the fourth round by Wilder but went on to deliver incredible shot after shot while the Bronze Bomber showed remarkable durability to continue the fight.

Wilder was hanging on by the seventh but somehow made it to the 11th before Fury put him out of his misery with a crushing blow.
"I was down a couple of times, I was hurt. Wilder is a strong puncher," he said.
"It was a great fight. I will not make any excuses. Wilder is a top fighter, he gave me a run for my money. I always say I am the best fighter in the world and he is the second best."
