Tyson Fury has revealed he will attend Conor McGregor's UFC fight with Donald Cerrone.
The former heavyweight champion will be cageside for the bout at UFC 246 in Las Vegas on January 18 - and he believes McGregor will win by knockout.
Fury is already in Sin City preparing for his WBC world heavyweight title rematch with Deontay Wilder , but will take a break from his schedule to attend McGregor's eagerly-awaited UFC return.
And he was in no two minds about how the contest will pan out, reports The Mirror.
“Yes, Conor McGregor is gonna win," Fury told reporters.
“I say by knockout. And I’m gonna be there to see it happen [at] ringside, cageside rather.”
McGregor has not fought since his defeat to Russian nemesis Khabib Nurmagomedov in October 2018.
But the 31-year-old is not expecting any ring rust, and made a similar prediction to Fury.
He also believes he will stop Cerrone - and that it may happen in the opening rounds.
"I'm going to go in there and do what I want and put on a show for the fans," McGregor said.
"Long may the opponents continue to come and I'll continue to knock them down."
And Fury fancies himself to finish his own event under the Las Vegas lights inside two rounds, after switching his coach to prepare for the rematch with the Bronze Bomber.
Knockout specialist Wilder had Fury down in the final round of their 2018 bout, only for his opponent to peel himself off the canvas in time to see out a draw.
Fury sees no repeat of that this time, stating: “I’m looking for the big right hand to nail Wilder. Goodnight. I’m looking for the knockout. If I wasn't, I would have kept [former coach] Ben Davison.
“I’m sick of points decisions, I've had plenty, but I'm looking to knock him out.
“You're going down in two rounds. Two! He's getting knocked out in two rounds.”
Wilder has 41 knockouts in his 43 professional contests, and revealed he is open to the idea of trying his hand at mixed-martial arts after his bout with Fury, but worries he could kill someone in the Octagon.
The 34-year-old told ThaBoxingVoice : “I only have six years [of my career remaining] and theoretically speaking anything can happen in that time-frame.
“Four-ounce gloves, I already talk about getting people out of the ring, but that would definitely be the sport where I show it man.
“You know, all this is fantasy talk. I don’t think anything will ever come to fruition, I’m just too dangerous of a man in any type of combat sports.
“I really would end a life because I have the power to, and that’s just the damn truth.”
