Tyson Fury compared to The Undertaker after beating Braun Strowman at WWE Crown Jewel

Wrestling fans likened Tyson Fury to the Undertaker after winning his first ever wrestling match.

Heavyweight boxer Fury defeated Braun Strowman at WWE Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia on Thursday night.

Fury walked to the ring in traditional Arabic dress - called the thawb - as the waiting Strowman glared at the Brit.

Fury's right hand flattened Strowman and the WWE superstar struggled to his feet as the referee began his count.

Strowman couldn't rise and Fury was successful on his debut.

But there was one moment in the fight that stood out for WWE fans and evoked memories of a wrestling legend.

After being floored by Strowman, the Brit appeared to be out while he was lay on the matt.

But out of nowhere, Fury sat up and looked ready to fight again - a move wrestling fans have loved from the Undertaker over the years.

Fury only signed up to the organisation last month as he promotes his rematch with  Deontay Wilder  which is scheduled for next February.

And he made an instant impact despite giving away a huge size advantage, weighing 11 stone less than Strowman

The Undertaker meanwhile was pulled from Crown Jewel despite fronting WWE's previous events in Saudi Arabia.

He was however pictured with WWE chief Vince McMahon in the city of Riyadh alongside a fan earlier this month.
