Tyson Fury’s brother Tommy may be on Love Island, but the boxing champ is not a fan of the show.
Tyson described himself as a “fat man” who feels bad about himself when he sees the “ripped” men looking for love in the villa.
“It’s not something I can say I’ve honestly watched ever,” he told Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid on Good Morning Britain. “I’m usually quite jealous of how they all look.
“Me being a fat man and they’re all ripped it’s not something I want to watch. It makes me feel bad about myself.”
Tyson’s younger brother Tommy, 20, joined the show as a late arrival on day one and quickly coupled up with Lucie Donlan after ‘stealing’ her from sandwich man Joe Garratt.
Tommy, who is also a boxer, is currently in a couple with new bombshell Molly-Mae Hague.
Tyson said his brother’s appearance on the show “will be good for his career as a boxer” as it will “make him more popular”.
“Young kid's only had two fights but he’ll get more views than someone who’s had 50,” he said.
Morgan previously referred to Tommy as a “halfwit” but said he would show “great respect” to Tyson and his family by not referring to the islanders as “moronic” during their interview on Wednesday morning.
The controversial presenter unleashed his acerbic tongue on Tommy after the sportsman admitted he doesn’t know how to make a cup of tea.
“I love Tyson Fury,” he said. “But this is his half-brother... Halfwit... He literally can't make a cup of tea.”
