Tyler Roberts claims he is never happy with his performances, even if he scores a hat-trick.
Roberts is enjoying his best run this season in the Premier League under Marcelo Bielsa and has started Leeds ’ last four games.
The Wales striker is delighted to get his chance and says he is always looking at ways to improve.
“To get a run of games has been definitely beneficial for me,” he told BBC Radio Leeds. “I’m just trying to learn every game.
“I’m not somebody who’s going to be happy with their performance, even if I score a hat-trick. I’m just learning from every opportunity I do get.”

Roberts thought his first Premier League goal had come against West Ham on Monday, only for his effort to be ruled out for the tightest of offside calls against Helder Costa.
“I saw it after the game and it’s millimetres, it’s crazy,” he said. “I don’t agree with it myself because I don’t think that’s affected the play at all. But those are the rules.
“It’s something I have been waiting to do. It will come, I’m confident about it.”
Roberts is heartened by Bielsa’s faith in him and the Leeds head coach has challenged him to show he can play consistently well in the top flight.
“I agree with what he says, it’s about me being more consistent, performing more consistently,” he said.

“That’s something I am working on. I’m looking at my game after each game and learning.
“It was definitely a positive comment and I know he has confidence in me and that gives me confidence.”
Leeds face Chelsea next on Saturday at Elland Road and Roberts says he is impressed by how quickly Thomas Tuchel has imposed his style on the Blues.
“To be fair, I don’t watch Chelsea too much, but what I can say is he’s gone in with a style,” he said.
“I did watch his first game and you could see the way he has got his own philosophy and style. He’s got the players to get on board with that.
“It’s something if you have that as a manager and that status and charisma, then if the players get on board with you, it can go great and the players have got on board.
“It’s a big game and a game we need. I think it’s going to be tough, we’ve been on a bit of a rocky run and there’s no better way to come out of it.”
