Two women have been found dead in a park in north-west London.
The bodies were discovered in Fryent Country Park, Brent, shortly after 1pm on Sunday. Both women were pronounced dead at the scene.
A statement from the Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called to Fryent Country Park, Slough Lane in Wembley at 1.08pm on Sunday, June 7 to a report of two women found unresponsive.
“Officers attended and two women were found, they were pronounced dead at the scene.
“Next of kin have been informed and post mortem examinations will take place in due course."
No arrests have been made over the incident, which officers are now investigating.
"Homicide detectives have been informed,” the Metropolitan Police said.
