Two teens rushed to hospital following serious assault in north inner city

Two teenagers were raced to hospital following a serious assault in the north inner city this evening.

It's understood one of the youths suffered stab wounds in the attack on Church Road, East Wall at around 8:30pm.

The young men were taken to the Mater Hospital where their injuries are said to be non-life threatening.

A Garda spokesman said: "Gardaí are investigating a serious assault and public order incident that occurred at approximately 8:30pm on Monday, 13th September, 2021, at a business premises on the Church Road, Dublin 3.

"Two male youths were taken to the Mater Misericordiae University Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

"No arrests have been made at this time.
