Two teenagers have been injured after a stabbing incident in Dublin on New Year's Day.
Gardai and emergency services rushed to Churchill Terrace in Ballsbridge at around 8pm on Saturday night.
The young men, aged in their mid and late teens, suffered apparent stab wounds during an incident at the Dublin 4 location.
They were taken to St Vincent’s and St James' Hospitals for treatment for injuries which are not believed to be life-threatening.
The scene at Churchill Terrace remained cordoned off on Sunday morning and gardai have launched an investigation into the incident.
A garda spokesperson said: "On Saturday, 1st January 2021, shortly after 8pm Gardaí attended at the scene of an incident at Churchill Terrace, Dublin 4 following reports of a disturbance.

"Two male youths aged in their mid and late teens were taken from the scene to St Vincent’s and St James Hospitals for treatment to apparent stab wounds.
"Their injures are not believed to be life threatening.
"The scene is currently preserved and enquires are ongoing. Gardaí at Irishtown are investigating."
