Two teenagers have died in a crash in Perth's south-east overnight.

Police said the teenagers were in a car with four other people when it struck a kerb, then hit a tree, on Lake Road in Seville Grove about 10:00pm.

Emergency services raced to the scene but could not save a 17-year-old boy, who died from his injuries.

A 15-year-old boy also died as a result of his injuries in Armadale Hospital.

Both were passengers in the vehicle.

Images from the scene show significant damage to the car, with the rear passenger side worst affected.

It is believed that part of the car collided directly with the tree.

The driver, an 18-year-old man, was taken to Royal Perth Hospital with minor injuries, along with two of his passengers.

All are in a stable condition.

Another passenger was taken to Fiona Stanley Hospital.

"Major Crash investigators are conducting an examination of the scene," police said in a statement.

They urged anyone with information or dash cam vision of the crash to contact investigators.

The crash comes at the end of the first week of school holidays.
