Two teenagers have been stabbed to death in two days in London as one of the victim’s mothers compared their home to a warzone.
A 17-year-old boy was found suffering from knife wounds on the St John’s Estate in Hoxton, east London on Friday night.
Police arrived at 11.15pm but he was pronounced dead by paramedics half an hour later.

A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said the boy’s identity was known but would not be released until his family had been informed.
Detective Chief Inspector Andy Partridge, from the Homicide and Major Crime Command, said: “A young man has lost his life in a brutal manner and I am appealing to anyone who was in the area last night and witnessed this attack to come forward and speak to police.”
The death came just a day after another 17-year-old boy was killed in south London.
Shaquan Fearon became the eighth teenager to be knifed to death in the capital this year so far when he was attacked in Brockley on Thursday.

In an interview with the Evening Standard, his mother, Sharon, told how she watched paramedics working in vain to save her son’s life.
“They close the local youth centres here and things are getting worse,” she said.
“I saved a man's life outside my shop. It is like a frontline here…he was a great son and now he is gone."
Another boy, also aged 17, was stabbed in the same incident but survived and has been discharged for hospital.
Two male suspects, aged 15 and 16 were arrested on suspicion of murdering Sharon on Friday and remain in custody.
