Two sex offenders avoiding Victoria Police

Victoria Police are on the lookout for 55-year-old registered sex offender Paul Kraft. (AAP)

Police are appealing for help to find two registered sex offenders who have refused to make their whereabouts known.

Paul Kraft, 55, also known by the alias "Paul Fleming", is wanted for failing to supply his residential details to police.

Investigators believe he is living in Melbourne's coastal suburb of Sandringham, and is known to frequent Black Rock, Beaumaris, Mentone and Mordialloc, police said.

He was last seen by police in January when he attended a police station to collect property.

Kraft is 187cm tall, of medium build, has short brown wavy hair and is of Caucasian appearance.

Police are also searching for registered sex offender Robert Crilly, 36, who is actively avoiding their attention.

He is believed to be living in the Shepparton area, though recent information indicates he may be living in Melbourne, in the suburb of Coburg or Pascoe Vale.

He was last seen in December 2020 when he was served with a court order.

Crilly is Caucasian in appearance, about 189cm tall with a solid build, short brown hair, a dragon tattoo on his left shoulder and the name "Jacky" tattooed on the back of his neck.

Anyone who sees either of the men is urged not to approach them but to call 000 or Crimestoppers on 1800 333 000 immediately.
