Two people have been injured after a crash between a car and motorbike in east Bristol.
The collision occurred on Fishponds Road at around 4:55pm, today (Sunday, July 12).
Police are at the smash scene and have closed a section of the popular route.
Motorists have been advised to avoid the area.
A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Police said: "We're at the scene of a collision involving a car and a motorbike in Fishponds Road, Bristol - close to the Hawkesbury Road junction.
"At least two people have been injured.
"A road closure is in place. Please avoid the area if you can and use alternative routes."
