A person has suffered a potentially life-threatening injury following a traffic collision in Port Talbot.
South Wales Police say three people were taken to hospital, two with 'serious' injuries, following the incident on the B4287 at Efail Fach, Pontrhydyfen on Saturday evening.
Officers say two vehicles travelling in the opposite direction collided at around 7.30pm, forcing the closure of the road for a number of hours while the vehicles were recovered and investigations were carried out.
A spokesman for South Wales Police said: "Anybody driving along that route who may have seen the vehicles in the moments before the collision are urged to contact us via 101 and give ref *380974".
