Two people have been issued with police warnings after a pensioner was savaged by two dogs in a public park.
The elderly woman, 81, was bitten by the pair of Staffordshire Bull Terriers in Fullarton Woods last Wednesday.
Police confirmed today that a 20-year-old woman and 28-year-old man have both been issued with official recorded warnings as a result.
Police had earlier launched an appeal to trace the two people in connection with the incident, confirming that the victim was left shaken by the attack.
She received medical treatment for her injuries at the time.
Officers have thanked those members of the public who assisted with the investigation.
