Two outdoor concerts are being planned for Croke Park next April by Aiken Promotions.
Dublin City Council has received an application to hold the outdoor event licence on Saturday and Sunday, April 23 and 24.
Under Planning and Development Regulations any person can make a submission or observation in writing to the local authority in respect of an application within three weeks of the receipt of the application by the local authority.
A submission or observation shall not be considered by the local authority unless it states the name of the person or organisation making the submission or observation, and indicates the residential or business address to which any correspondence relating to the application should be sent.
A Council spokesperson declined to reveal what band or singer would be appearing but added: “The artist details are commercially sensitive at this time.”
However, an industry source has hinted to the Mirror that there are three potential acts that could be set to play at the GAA's HQ.
The only acts Aiken are the Irish agent for that could sell out two Croke Park shows are Bruce Springsteen, Ed Sheeran - and Garth Brooks.

Aiken has previously promoted two sold out Bruce Springsteen concerts at Croker in 2016.
Bruce has said in recent interviews he plans to take his band out on tour again next year.
Aiken were also the promoter for the infamous Garth Brooks concerts which were cancelled in 2014.
The only other act Aiken recently put on at Croker was The Rolling Stones in 2018, but they failed to sell out the venue on that occasion.
Sheeran is also going on tour in 2022, and had two full houses in Croke Park in 2015.
