Two Nottingham Forest fixtures selected for television in September

Two Nottingham Forest fixtures have been chosen for live television coverage in the month of September.

One home tie and one away match have been selected for broadcast by Sky Sports.

The first Forest game to be shown that month is the visit of Cardiff City, which will now be played on Sunday 12 September with a 2pm kick-off.

The second is the club's away trip to Barnsley on Wednesday 29 September, which will kick off at 7.45pm on Sky Sports.

Already confirmed for television coverage in the month of August is the trip to Coventry City on 8 August, which will get underway at 4.30pm.

As has become customary over recent years, the season's first East Midlands derby has also been picked up by Sky Sports.

The game at Pride Park on 28 August will kick off at 12.30pm.

Sky Sports' fourth Derby pick comes in September, with the Rams' visit to Birmingham City now being played in the Friday evening slot on 10 September with an 8pm kick-off.
