Two neighbouring properties in Nottingham are set to go under the hammer next week.
The houses in Tring Vale, Nottingham, are both ripe for renovation and as such are proving a hit with house hunters.
SDL Property Auctions will bring the two homes to auction on Thursday, January 28.
Auctioneer Andrew Parker said the properties were “very popular" with potential buyers. Adding that dozens of viewing requests had already been made and legal packs downloaded.
The semi-detached and mid-terrace houses stand in the NG5 area of Nottingham. The mid-terraced, guide priced at £80,000, is in need of full refurbishment throughout and includes an entrance hall, lounge, dining space and a kitchen on the ground floor.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, bathroom and separate WC.
The semi-detached has a guide price of £100,000, offering similar accommodation but with a fitted kitchen and gardens to the side as well as front and rear.

The houses are close to the City Hospital, and with main road routes and local transport links giving easy access to Nottingham city centre and the Queens Medical Centre, it is easy to see why the houses may appeal to investors.
