Reported Nottingham Forest target Jack Clarke is continuing to attract a lot of speculation ahead of the January transfer window.
The Reds are one of a number of sides to have been linked with the Tottenham Hotspur winger, who is currently on loan at Leeds United.
And now the Daily Mail claim Brentford and Fulham have joined the race, with Forest’s Championship rivals said to be considering a January move, if - as suggested - Clarke is recalled by his parent club next month.
Clarke came up through the ranks at Leeds, before last summer joining Spurs in “a deal that could ultimately be worth £11m”, according to the Mail.
He rejoined the Whites on loan this season, as part of that deal, but has barely featured for Marcelo Bielsa’s side.
The 19-year-old has made just three appearances this term - two of those coming in the Carabao Cup back in August.
His sole league appearance came last month, as a 71st minute substitute in a 2-1 victory at Luton Town. Since then, he has not played for United.
Tottenham are said to have an option to recall him midway through the campaign, and it seems there is plenty of interest from other teams in taking him on loan for the second half of the season.
Derby County and Middlesbrough are two of the sides who have also previously been linked with Clarke.
