Two Merseyside houses have become the most viewed properties on Zoopla during the third national lockdown.
The real estate company has revealed a staggering number of people have viewed the Merseyside houses over thousands of others listed on the website.
Properties that caught the attention of potential buyers included the four bedroom period terrace, on Menlove Avenue, Liverpool and the five bedroom modern new build, on Burbo Bank Road North, Crosby.
The two Merseyside homes are featured at the top of the list which includes properties ranging from £95,000 to a whopping £54,500,000.
The period four bedroom home on sale on Menlove Avenue, Liverpool, for £425,000 takes the crown as the UK’s most viewed property during the third lockdown.
It features a number of charming original features including decorative mosaic floor tiles, large sash windows and stained glass windows.
In second place is the Crosby property, on the market for £1,500,000.
The five bedroom architecturally designed property has a modern interior, with a highlight being the spacious terrace with stunning views of the River Mersey.
Tom Parker, consumer spokesperson at Zoopla said: "With yet another lockdown firmly in place many of us are understandably using the additional time at home to look at property online.
"It’s clear that there are two types of property browsers, those on the hunt for their next step on the property ladder, and those looking for some escapism and searching for a luxurious mansion or a place in the country."
