Two men are to stand trial next year accused of running over and murdering a teenager.
Dean Wright, 31, and Robert Farrell, 32, allegedly killed Liam Hendry, 18, after driving at him in a van in Glasgow’s Barrowfield on September 29, 2019.
Prosecutors say the pair were under the influence of alcohol and cocaine.
It is alleged they drove at excessive speed and struck Liam on the road.
Wright and Farrell are separately accused of trying to kill four people. It is alleged they tried to hit the group with the van.
Lawyers for the pair pled not guilty on their behalf at the High Court in Glasgow yesterday. Judge Lady Stacey fixed a trial due to begin on January 5.
