Two men in serious condition after 'disturbance' on Glasgow street

Two men are in a serious condition in hospital following a disturbance in Glasgow on Saturday night.

Cops were called to Bulldale Street in the Yoker area of the city at around 9.10pm.

As a result of the disturbance two men aged 31 and 36-years-old were taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital where they remain.

Police Scotland officers in forensic suits were spotted on the scene on Sunday morning as they probed the incident.

At this stage it is not known how the men sustained their injuries.

Police Scotland confirmed they are following a positive line of inquiry into the disturbance.

A spokesperson said: "Police were called to reports of a disturbance on Bulldale Street at around 9.10pm on Saturday.

"We are following a positive line of inquiry after two men, aged 31 and 36, were taken to hospital in a serious condition."
