Two men in hospital and three arrested after Clydebank tower block incident

Three men have been arrested and charged following a serious incident at a Clydebank tower block.

Two men were rushed to hospital following a disturbance at Clyde Court, in Dalmuir, around 4pm yesterday.

Police attended and a spokesman confirmed the two injured men, a 45 and 47-year-old, were taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

They added: "Police were called around 4pm on Monday, 17 May, to a report of a disturbance involving four men at flats in Clyde Court, Clydebank.

"Two men aged, 45 and 47, were taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. A 47-year-old man remains within hospital.

"Three men, aged 20, 27 and 45 have been arrested and charged in connection with the incident.

"They are due to appear at Dumbarton Sheriff Court on Wednesday, 19 May 2021.

"Reports will be submitted to the procurator fiscal."
