Two men were hospitalised after a crash between a lorry and a pick-up truck on a Scot road.
Emergency services raced to the scene of the collision, which occurred on the A759 next to Moorfield, Kilmarnock on Tuesday August 17.
Both of the men were taken to hospital but do not have life-threatening injuries.
The road is now shut from the Moorfield roundabout to just after the junction for Crosshouse, according to local residents on social media.
Another person local to the area added that traffic is now being diverted via the East Ayrshire village of Crosshouse.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We received a report of a collision involving a lorry and pick-up truck on the A759 next to Moorfield.
"Two men were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries."
