Two men are fighting for life in hospital after a car crashed into a building during a police chase in Burnage.
Images and video taken at the scene, at the junction of Burnage Lane and Lane End Road in Burnage, show a large number of emergency services vehicles attending including two fire engines, multiple police cars and ambulances.
The incident occured at around 9.25pm on Sunday evening when police attempted to stop a vehicle on Burnage Lane.
It failed to stop and was then involved in a collision with a building shortly afterwards.
Images from the scene show firefighters working to extract the two men from the vehicle.
A spokesperson for GMP said: "Shortly before 9:25pm, police attempted to stop a vehicle on Burnage Lane.

"It failed to stop and was involved in a collision with a building at the junction of Burnage Lane and Lane End Road a short time later.
"Two men who were travelling in the car have been taken to hospital, with their condition being described as life threatening.
There are a number of road closures currently in place."
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service said: “We were called just before 9.30pm to reports of a road traffic collision.
“Two fire engines and a technical response unit attended.
“We rescued two people from a vehicle and stabilised the vehicle.
“The two fire engines have left the scene and the technical response unit are still there.”
