Two men charged with attempted murder after teen seriously injured in Aberdeen

Two men have been charged after a teenager was seriously injured in an alleged attempted murder in Aberdeen.

A 19-year-old man was injured in Walker Road, Torry at around 3.10am on Thursday, April 16.

Following the incident he was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.

The two men, both aged 21, were arrested in connection with the incident and have since been charged.

The pair will appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court at a later date.

Detective Sergeant Bruce Buntain said: "I would like to thank the public for their assistance following our appeal.

"The men are due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court at a later date."
