Two men charged in connection with death of Glasgow man Kenny Reilly

Two men have been arrested and charged in connection with the death of Kenny Reilly.

Mr Reilly, 29, died after being shot on Maryhill Road in Glasgow last year while he sat in his car at traffic lights.

The dad-of-one was rushed to Glasgow Royal Infirmary on April 16, 2018 but died of his injuries two days later.

In April this year a £10,000 reward was offered by charity Crimestoppers in exchange for information related to the case.

Police have now revealed that two men, aged 53 and 28, have been charged in connection with Mr Reilly's death.

They are expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Tuesday, December 3.

Reports will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
