Two men have been arrested by gardai over the discovery of the body of a woman in Co Mayo.
The body was found in an apartment on Castlebar Street in Westport on July 31.
It is believed that the woman, a foreign national, was dead for a number of days before being found.
The men in their 50s and 30s are currently being quizzed at Castlebar Garda Station.
A Garda spokesman added: “A post-mortem on the body of the woman, aged in her early 40s, has been completed, the results of which are not being released for operational reasons.
“Investigations are ongoing.”
