Gardai have seized €72,000 worth of cocaine after raiding an apartment in Co Longford.
Two men were arrested after officers searched the property in the Granard area yesterday.
The two men in their 30s were held at the scene and detained at Granard Garda Station for questioning.
A garda spokesman said the operation was part of an ongoing investigation into the sale and supply of drugs in the Longford area.
Both men are now expected to appear before a special sitting of Longford District Court this evening.
The court is expected to sit at around 6pm.
